COVID-19: IPE Working Arrangements

The health of our employees and clients is our number one priority. We're following the Government health advice to make sure both employees and clients stay safe, putting all the necessary measures in place to ensure this advice is followed by everyone.

We are continuing to provide our advisory and examination services and you have our assurance that we will do our utmost to deliver the work we are committed to. We are also accepting and commencing new work, subject to working safely within the sensible constraints the Government has presently put in place.

In terms of revisions to current arrangements, the IPe team is now working entirely remotely from home. Much of our work is desk based which means we remain able to progress most advisory and examination work. However please note that:

  • Face to face meetings are now being held by conference call (or, if preferred by the client, postponed).
  • We are now suspending unaccompanied site visits until further advice becomes available on movement around the country.
  • Whilst we are still providing quotations for training events, exact scheduling dates cannot currently be guaranteed until such time as the Government advice is revised.

We have put in place a redirect on our office phone lines to a nominated member of the team. However, it would be helpful if you can seek where possible to use email as the primary route of contact to ensure our immediate attention. For existing clients, please continue to use your normal IPe contact's email address. If you are a new client seeking advice or a quotation etc, please use enquiries@intelligentplans.co.uk
