BA (Hons). Chris has nearly 20 years' experience in PINS working closely with planning Inspectors and providing professional advice and support. During that period, he worked in a number of PINS business areas, but principally managed the Plans caseworkers, where he led on implementing all the operational systems for casework handling and advice on local plans and CIL.
From 2013, he was the Inspector Support Manager, responsible for providing a wide range of services including Inspector recruitment and training, organising PINS Annual Conference and management of the 'reading' (quality assurance) of Inspectors' decisions.
Chris co-founded IPe in 2016 with Lee Armitage and Keith Holland.
