About Us
We have brought together what we believe to be an unrivalled team, that can share with you their insight into how Inspectors will consider local plan issues in the context of the NPPF and relevant legislation, as well as providing examination services for neighbourhood plans and community infrastructure levy charging schedules. We can also now assist with planning applications and appeals.
The IPe team comprises 15 employees (we do not engage contractors), 13 being Chartered Town Planners. Directors and co-founders Lee Armitage, Keith Holland and Chris Snarr were formerly all on the Senior Management Team in the Planning Inspectorate and have worked together successfully for approaching 20 years. Associate Director, Steve Carnaby, has worked as an advisor in PINS, providing guidance to Inspectors and local authorities on a wide range of planning issues, alongside dealing with plans casework management.
