Modern Slavery Policy
Policy Statement
Intelligent Plans and Examinations (IPE) Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings. We will not knowingly support or deal with any business involved in slavery or human trafficking.
1. Scope of Responsibility
1.1 This policy applies to all persons working for us or on our behalf. This includes employees, directors, agency workers, contractors, and suppliers.
2. Our Commitments
Workplace Fairness
2.1 We ensure all staff are legally entitled to work in the UK. In all cases, we pay no less than statutory minimum wages.
Supplier Standards
2.2 We expect our suppliers to hold their own supply chains to the same high standards.
Due Diligence
2.3 We perform proportionate checks on new suppliers and contractors.
3. Reporting Concerns
3.1 All internal staff and external partners have a duty to report any signs of suspected modern slavery.

4. Breach of Policy
4.1 Any employee who breaches this policy will face disciplinary action. We will terminate our relationship with suppliers if they fail to comply with our zero-tolerance stance.
